Registration includes:
- completing the Mandala Registration Form,
- paying the non-refundable Registration Fee
- paying the non-refundable Activity Fee.

After you have registered, you will be given instructions to:
- Sign up for FACTS Tuition Management Program online.
- Sign up for SchoolSpeak online.
FACTS is the convenient tuition payment plan that Mandala uses to collect tuition from enrolled families. Families enroll online and select a monthly payment plan. Other than paying the tuition in full by August 1st, this is the only payment option we offer.
SchoolSpeak (www.schoolspeak.com) is the interactive, web-based communication tool that Mandala uses to communicate with parents once they are enrolled in our program. Parents can look for information, download forms, read the school newsletter, check the school calendar, volunteer for classroom and special events, and email teachers and other parents
Enrollment forms are found on the SchoolSpeak website. You will download all your enrollment forms from this website after you have received a password. Completed enrollment forms must be turned into the school office before your child may attend class (except for the Physician’s Form, which is due within 30 days). We must also have on file your child's Proof of Immunization or a Signed Waiver before he or she can start school.
