with you and take you on a personal tour of our classrooms. She will
explain our program and answer your questions. She will tell you which
class is best suited for your child and what openings are available.

We enroll throughout the year, as we have openings. Some parents are
interested in enrolling their child this year, while others are interested
in observing for the next school year. |

- Interested
in enrolling THIS school year:
If we have an opening in the class you are interested in, we can
immediately register your child. If we do not currently have an
opening, we will put your child on our Waiting List, and we will
call you as soon an opening occurs. If an opening does not occur
this school year, you will be notified in February about our Spring
Registration for the following Summer and Fall (see below).
- Interested in enrolling NEXT school year:
If you are thinking ahead and would like to enroll your child
at Mandala for the next summer or school year, we will put you
on our REGISTRATION NOTIFICATION LIST. In February, you will receive
a letter letting you know the registration process. The letter
will include the dates of our Spring Registration for both summer
school and the following school year. It will also inform you
of when you may come in and pick up your Registration Packet in
the Mandala Office

Registration includes:
- completing the Mandala Registration Form,
- paying the non-refundable Registration Fee
- paying the non-refundable Activity Fee.

After you have registered, you will be given instructions to:
- Sign up for FACTS Tuition Management Program online.
- Sign up for SchoolSpeak online.
FACTS is the convenient tuition payment plan that Mandala uses to collect tuition from enrolled families. Families enroll online and select a monthly payment plan. Other than paying the tuition in full by August 1st, or in two equal parts by August 1st and January 1st this is the only payment option we offer.
SchoolSpeak (www.schoolspeak.com) is the interactive, web-based communication tool that Mandala uses to communicate with parents once they are enrolled in our program. Parents can look for information, download forms, read the school newsletter, check the school calendar, volunteer for classroom and special events, and email teachers and other parents
Enrollment forms are found on the SchoolSpeak website. You will download all your enrollment forms from this website after you have received a password. Completed enrollment forms must be turned into the school office before your child may attend class (except for the Physician's Form, which is due within 30 days). We must also have on file your child's Proof of Immunization or a Signed Waiver before he or she can start school.

After you register and before your child starts school, you will receive a parent orientation. During this orientation, you will receive more information about our school philosophy and policies, you will visit the classroom and experience our teaching methods, and there will be time for parent questions.
Individual
Orientation Meeting:People
coming in during the school year will receive an individual orientation
from the Director.
Group
Orientation Meeting: All families whose child is starting
during the Summer Session or the Fall Session must attend a mandatory
group orientation meeting.

Tuition is figured on a yearly basis for families enrolled by Sept. 1st. Fees are based on a full school year, paid in 10 equal monthly installments, and they do not reflect the number of days attended in a given month.
Tuition may be paid in one of three ways:
- By Check in a One-Time Full Yearly Payment: You may pay the full yearly tuition amount by check directly to Mandala by August 1st.
- Two-Payments Yearly: You may pay the full school year tuition in two portions by check directly to Mandala Children's House on August 1st and January 1st.
- Monthly Installments through FACTS Tuition Management Program: You pay your monthly installment through FACTS. At the time of registration, you will complete the Automatic Tuition Payment Transfer Agreement online with FACTS. Your payment will be taken directly from your bank account on the day you choose in your agreement. The first tuition installment is due in August and the last installment is due in May. If you register after September 1st, your yearly tuition will be prorated and divided into equal installments, ending in May.
A FACTS fee of $41 will be taken directly from your account before your first installment is withdrawn.
